用途 Application
本產(chǎn)品為架空輸電線路輸送電能之芯型產(chǎn)品，電網(wǎng)建設與改造之10KV、35KV輸電工程線路優(yōu)先選用，它是線路維護與安全最合適的系列產(chǎn)品。軟銅線產(chǎn)品適用于變壓器引下線等。
This product is a new type used for electricity supply on aerial power transmission lines.Which has been preferentially selected as the 10KV and 35KV engineering transmission line for the construction and transformation of grid system.This series of products is appropriate for maintenance and security of lines,ａnd the product with annealed copper core is applicable to the down lead of transformer.
產(chǎn)品特性 Product features
(1) 額定電壓為10KV、35KV；電纜導體的長期允許工作溫度：PVC及PE絕緣應不超過70℃，XLPE絕緣應不超過90℃;短路時(最長持續(xù)時間不超過5s)電纜的溫度：交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣為250℃,高密度聚乙烯絕緣為150℃；電纜的敷設溫度應不低于-20℃。
The rated voltage is 10KV、35KV;during having a short circuit(lasting less than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature:XLPE insulated cables is 250℃, HDPE insulated cables is 150℃;the permissible long time working temperature of conductor:relative to the PVC insulated and polythene insulated cable,it must be below 70℃, relative to the XLPE insulated and polythene insulated cable,it must be below 90℃;during the cable laying,the ambient temperature must be above -20℃.
(2) 電纜的允許彎曲半徑：應不小于電纜彎曲試驗時用圓柱體直徑。
The permissible bending radius shall not be less than the diameter of the cylinder used in the cable bending test.
